I take the FIGHT FITNESS classes, the BRAVE KIDS SELF DEFENCE and travel to child care centes, schools and businesses throughout Australia delivering self defence, nutrition and group training workshops. 

If you do my FIGHT FITNESS session (level intermediate to advanced) I program to challenge the fittest person in the class.  If you are sick of Les Mills and cookie cutter fad training then come to my class.  I'm a yeller, so I am not everyone's cup of tea.  I know that teaching good boxing and kickboxing technique does not leave room to baby people, and you want to be challenged? Right?  You didn't come for a soft and snuggly group training class where you go home just as soft and snuggly as you came.   I will not apologise for being absolutely passionate about your workout and teaching my art.  Correctly.  And yes, women can be really great martial arts instructors.  It must be our compact reproductive system.  And yes..... loads of absolutely awesome, buff, family men train with me.  I adore them.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 12 years active service in Queensland Police (1994-2006) including specialist service as a Detective in paedophile task forces and child abuse, riot control group and facilitating and assessing as a Sergeant at the Queensland Police Academy.  15 years experience as an instructor and public speaker in the fitness and personal protection industry.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE: 22 years martial arts experience in Boxing, Kickboxing Muay Thai and Karate. 3 years amateur competitive experience in Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing including State rankings and 2001 ISKA kickboxing female fight of the year. 3 years experience in triathlons and duathlons.

Personal stretching

PERSONAL TRAINING STRETCH AND RUB FOR ONLY $15:
I take bookings at the end of my class for a 15 minute personal training stretch and heat rub for only $15.  It is only when you have second day soreness, can't brush you hair and are walking like a duck that you realise the benefit of having your back, hammies and triceps properly stretched and soothed.  We will also discuss your nutrition, sleep patterns and routine to propel you toward wellness.

No, I don't do personal training or meal plans, but I have loads of published articles below that comprehensively explain my nutrition and metabolism philosophy.   I keep my classes small,  I do not advertise.  Every session I run is a tailor programmed small group personal training session - at a fraction of the cost.
