If you do my FIGHT FITNESS session (level intermediate to advanced) I program to challenge the fittest person in the class. If you are sick of Les Mills and cookie cutter fad training then come to my class. I'm a yeller, so I am not everyone's cup of tea. I know that teaching good boxing and kickboxing technique does not leave room to baby people, and you want to be challenged? Right? You didn't come for a soft and snuggly group training class where you go home just as soft and snuggly as you came. I will not apologise for being absolutely passionate about your workout and teaching my art. Correctly. And yes, women can be really great martial arts instructors. It must be our compact reproductive system. And yes..... loads of absolutely awesome, buff, family men train with me. I adore them.
