- What do I bring bring to class? What should I wear?
- We have loan gloves available at no extra charge for your first couple
of visits. Inners and gloves are like underwear: really not for sharing. We can give you expert advice on gloves, wraps and MMA
protective equipment which you can order at discount prices through us. You will get a FREE pair of wraps with every set of our gloves (wrapping is ESSENTIAL, see our article on how to correctly wrap your hands below).

Hand wraps are an inexpensive and essential part of any boxers injury prevention routine. To see how to wrap CORRECTLY please download the below guide (and book in for your $20 Fitness Assesment to receive proper instruction for your first time). We recommend a lycra blend wrap that is approximately 5-6cm wide and 130 - 180 cm long depending on your size and requirements. We have a range of hand wraps for sale that fit these requirements and our instructors are qualifed in giving you the correct advice and instruction on how to use them. PLEASE NOTE: we do not recommend quick velcro wraps in any circumstances.
