Beginners Boxing and MMA workshop
Join us for 30 minute technique classes over 6 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon at a family friendly time. Learn correct strength and conditioning programs using the slam ball, kettlebell, torsion bar, and hex weight. .
Receive a personal training stretch to finish your session (hot magnesium sprays included).
What we won't be doing, skipping: running, jumping, kicking, flipping, spinning or crunching. This will keep knees, prolapses and lower backs protected. Please obtain medical clearance prior to attending.

Join us for a week long workshop of 4 x 45 minute technique classes at a family friendly time. Learn correct boxing technique and a little bit of kickboxing basics. Be introduced to interval and resistance training: slam balls, hex weights, kettlebells, chin ups, tyre flips, handstand drills, core bags and grapple bags. These skills can be used in an at-home training program, or build your confidence and fitness to choose from any class on the Sweat Depot timetable and train hard in a safe, family friendly environment.

Loan gloves are provided, but we have leather ounce gloves for for sale the studio for little, young kids ($35) and bigger kids and adults ($55 - $109).
This package included a set of FREE boxing wraps.
You will be shown how to put these on correctly on your first day.
