Welcome to high intensity coaching sessions |
Est. 2006 we box, kick-box, grapple, slam, snatch, clean, push and press weights, jump boxes, chin and climb and generally work you from head to toe.
Sweat Depot is also the home of RAVES self defence. One-off family friendly self defence sessions that could save your life.
We pride ourselves on being the sweatiest, most intense workouts in Brisbane since 2006.
In fact, people who move interstate always come back because there is nothing like it anywhere else.
Everybody else copied what we started. And that is a fact.
Erin Cash kicked off Sweat Depot to fill the gap between big gyms and martial arts and was the first shop-front group training venue. Our HIIT and HIRT programs were zinging along before they became a twinkle in INSTA's eye. Sweat Depot instructors are Strength and Conditioning, Boxing, Bootcamp and Group Training instructors a with a backpack of qualifications and training passions.
