It is about the quality of your food and your cooking processes.  It is about simplifying.  I argue that it is not more expensive, alternatively it is a cost effective lifestyle if you go back to your home garden and market butcher, and reverse the ridiculous food wastage and land fill legacy of our lifetime.

What is a Paleo diet?

Paleo is a lifestyle... not a diet.

It embraces the science that sugars and grains have made us sick and fat, our livestock is being feed on the same crap that is killing us, gyms are making us fatter, and that we have lost the intelligence of nutrition.

What are my thoughts?

Marketing has made very intelligent people food gimps.  It has reprogrammed their instinctual knowledge of what foods are good and bad and leaves them rocking in the corner with chronic constipation and IBS while mumbling excuses.

If you want to lose weight immediately do these things :

  1. STOP drinking soft drink, energy drinks, flavoured milk, and energy drinks.
  2. STOP eating eating lollies and commercial cereals.
  3. STOP exercising for more than 5 hours a week.
