- We BOX/ KICK-BOX and combine STRENGTH, SPEED and ENDURANCE sweaty training that builds muscle, strips fat and gets results by using tyres, ropes, hex weights, kettle bells, slam balls, core bags and more....
- Clean, safe, well equipped sessions with personalised service that equals personal training and blows other group training sessions out of the water.
